HASA Information Update

October 4, 2017

Today, the Executive Board of the Houston Association of School Administrators (HASA) announces the appointment of Dr. Josephine Rice as Executive Director. Dr. Rice replaces Mr. Ray Reiner who is retiring.

Dr. Rice is a former Assistant Superintendent for Leadership Development in Houston Independent School District where she was a member of HASA for many years. Her success in providing advocacy, support and development for leaders will be a tremendous asset to HASA. Her experience and credentials are a great match for the goals our organization has held since 1971.

HASA’s mission is to improve the quality of education in HISD while promoting the welfare of student and district administrators. We will continue to provide high-quality services to our members. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Rice as Executive Director.

Stay tuned for details on an upcoming networking event where you will meet Dr. Rice. In the meantime, you may contact her by email at HASA@sbcglobal.net by phone at our office (713)622-0652 or by cell phone at 281-798-5683.
